At B-Fit, we’re redefining the fitness journey with a personalized, semi-private training approach that ensures you get the attention and results you deserve. We believe in quality over quantity, which is why each session is limited to no more than three trainees per trainer, allowing for focused coaching and tailored support in every workout.
With B-Fit, you have the flexibility to train on your schedule! Our training program is designed for busy individuals, with two sessions per week to fit your life. Becoming a member, you’ll receive expert guidance, a motivating environment, and a program that’s customized for your fitness goals.

Our lead trainer, Barbara Defeo, is a passionate fitness expert and a proud mother of two boys. A long-time resident of Mount Lebanon, Barbara has deep roots in the community and is excited to bring her new venture to life in the neighborhood. As a busy mom herself, Barbara understands the importance of balancing family, work, and health – and she’s ready to help you achieve your fitness goals, no matter where you're starting from.
