Mt Lebanon Adult Softball League (Fall 2024)

The Lebo “Recreational” Adult Coed Softball league was created to provide an opportunity for Mt Lebanon and close-by South Hills residents to play and promote the game of Softball. In this recreational style league, you should expect a fun-filled experience along with many opportunities to engage members of your community in a semi-competitive environment. The South Hills Sportz Club is the Facilitator of the League and handles all administrative and on-field functions to ensure the players, coaches and spectators have a great experience.

The cost per player to join our league is 90.00 plus a 3-dollar site fee which includes 10-games and potentially more with the playoff format. Also included in the price is field time, umpires, game balls and any other necessary equipment. This league provides games only and NO practice days.

Who: Any Mt Lebanon and close-by South Hills residents Resident 26 Years of Age or Older. Note: Any player younger than 26 can request an exception to play. Email League for consideration:

Duration: (6-7 Week Long Seasons).

- Fall Season: Registration Opens April 1st of each year through June 30th = Season starts mid-August.

Game Day: We will do our best to rotate teams consistently through a weekend schedule but there will be weeknight games. We will do our best to be consistent. Games will be played in Mt Lebanon and potentially other surrounding South Hills Fields. Expectation is to play games on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday Evenings plus potentially games on Saturday Afternoon to Evenings. Subject to field availability.

To register for the season, you must create a Blue Sombrero Account and then proceed to the available programs. The available programs will be updated as soon as registration is open.

Please Note that if you are registering your spouse, you will be required to add her/him as a participant in order to complete the registration.

Mt Lebanon Adult Kickball League (Summer 2024)

This summer, in coordination with The South Hills Sportz Club, we are launching an adult kickball league for Mt. Lebanon residents ages 26 and up. This league places an emphasis on the social aspect of the game and is only semi-competitive. The goal of the league is to provide Mt. Lebanon residents with an additional recreational and social opportunity within the community. In addition, to highlight the social nature of the league, we will have a host offering refreshment special on game days for anyone wearing league shirts. The South Hills Sportz Club is the Facilitator of the League and handles all administrative functions.

Cost: $57 per player, included in the price is field time, refs, shirts, game balls and any other necessary equipment. This league provides games only and NO practice days.

Duration: 5 to 6 weeks from late June to the end of July

Games: Games will last 50 minutes and will be played on either Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays.

Location: All games will be played in Mt. Lebanon but may move around depending on park availability.

Who: Mt Lebanon and adjacent community residents Resident 21 Years of Age or Older?

Teams: League will be capped at a 4 to 8 teams. Teams will have a minimum of 14 players. Subject to change based on Registration results.
